Grenade Bomb Blast at Bus Stand in Jammu

A Grenade Bomb was hurled at a Bus Stand in Jammu Thursday noon injuring 18 people. The area has been cordoned off by police and a team is investigating the incident.

Inspector General of Jammu Police MK Sinha says, at least 18 people have been injured in the blast and have been admitted for treatment to a hospital. “The clear intention of this blast was to disturb internal peace. We are collecting evidence. Investigation is going on and no suspect has been taken into custody yet,” said Sinha.

Last month in February there was a suicide attack on CRPF jawans by Terrorist group Jaish-E-Mohammed in Pulwama.
